Thank you SO much for the cool template, and the list!
I just ordered the summer sizzle kit (holy moly it's got alot of stuff!) from seeing it on the email list from them, as well as one of each grab bag; this qualified me for the free kit for spending $10+
But the finish screen showed my first order from last week, freebies, and download links for them (I understand it takes up to a day to get the free kit). Anyway, I'm not sure who to contact about this I don't see a customer service option anywhere on the site . . . .

Sorry you've had any problems. The free kit was with any paid purchase, so if all you got was the freebies then you wouldn't have been eligible. If you never got the kit with a paid purchase it could be because your email program bounced it back as spam (this happened a lot). There is a contact form if you look towards the bottom of the left sidebar in the shop, it's under the information category.
