    Emma's 1st Haircut! & a freebie

I know what you're thinking 1st hair cut ever? And yes 1st ever. I love the curls and length but when combined we get tangles so we went and chopped off a few inches. We found thru a friend a cool place called JJ's Kids Cuts in Raleigh.

Here she is before there's a movie on and she's sitting on a cool motorcycle. Now, it's not so good because she hates getting her hair combed out.
in order to get her to look down and keep her head still they gave her stickers to stick onto the motorcycle. These guys are good.
Here she is after and as you can tell by the smile, it wasn't too bad of a deal.
We went to the mall afterwards for lunch. She had spaghetti and it's all over her shirt.
Just another cute shot here at home with her new hair-do.

We've started our challenges for May over at the new shop Digi By Design. We don't have the actual shop up just yet (soon, I promise) but if you want to get some wonderful coordinating mini kits by completing any of our challenges head on over and check them out. I'm hosting a monthly quote challenge and here's the preview for my posting bonus.
Okay, now I usually search for freebies during Emma's nap but she slept on the car trip home so I'll just give you a freebie instead. This is an add-on for my Tangerine Tango kit in the Amazing Technicolor Dream collection.
Sorry, this is no longer available.

Here are the few tips I do have:
Kris has a new mini kit Lady of the Nigh.
Anna has a new paper pack with lots of stars.
Laura has a neat sampler of her new Tommy Kids kits up.
Misty has a killer alpha on her blog.
Seebee's Freebies and a Newspaper element for her Dream Trip mega kit.
Mrs. Miles has Judy's Blue beads up.
    As always, leave some love.

*Also don't forget if you head on over to Happy Scrapz we have a free template and grab bag for this month's challenges. (You have to be a member to get them.)

Oh, and don't forget to stop back tomorrow for the Friday Freebie!

    Happy Scrapping Everyone!

Love the photos - and love the motorcycle! :-) We've got a place like that kinda near here, but we never go - hubby and son get their hair cut together and they won't allow hubby on the motorcycle. ;-) Thanks for the add-on! And thanks, again, for you wonderful list! D

your little girl is so cute!
aren't those kids hair cut places awesome? I take my 4 yr old son to cool cuts 4 kids, it's the only place he'll go and not make a fuss about it. they have cars for the kids to sit and they put on a movie (or they can play a video game).
thanks so much for the freebie!

My daughter was the same when she was 3. Would scream bloody murder if I tried to comb her hair. So after she had grown it down to her butt & it was so tangled, they had to hack it off in one cut. The hairstylist couldn't even get a pick-comb through it!

    Your little one is lovely.
