Signs of Easter

Did you get to wave a palm frond at chruch this monring? Today is Palm Sunday, the start of Holy Week and Jesus' journey to the cross and resurection. Ours started with the story of Holy Week in Sunday school with the ressurection eggs (I teach the K-5 class). Then we had the procession of palms intot the sanctuary and lots of hymns and singing by the various adult and youth choirs. Wonderful start on the road to our salvation through Christ Jesus. To celebrate this journey I made a scrapbook kit called the Signs of Easter. I used some of the common and not so common signs and symbols of the week that we've been discussing and seeing in church as we've gone through the season of Lent in preperation for this.
