Happy Scrapz- Activation Woes

I have no clue why the activation emails aren't going out, so Jessica and I are going in and activating everyone manually. I have a email into the actual board hosts to help me figure it out but since I'm on vacation who knows when it'll be fixed. Just check back at Happy Scrapz later and you should be active. Suddenly Saturday

Has a day ever just crept up on you and POW it's here? Well I can't believe it's Saturday already. Emma and I leave for my parents house in 3 days- THREE!!! I so need to pack! But that's par for the course I always pack at the last minute. Back in the BC years, (before children) I wouldn't pack until like 3 am the morning I was supposed to leave at like 6 am. I really don't like packing and it's not hard. Just throw in enough clothes to cover your number of days gone plus an extra (less if you have easy access to laundry facilities), add your toiletries bag and any gifts you're bringing. Viola you're done! Seriously how hard is that. I mean if you're to part of a wedding orsomething a bit more important I can understand packing well in advance so you don't forget something but we're just going to visit my parents, I know I have clothes still there and if I forget something I can borrow or buy. Emma is my bigger concern but more on stuff to keep her entertained during the flight than on clothes and stuff- like I said we can buy anything we forget. Oh well, I'm just a procrastinator. Now then, we seem to be having a few problems uploading over at TDS. So I'm sorry if anyone went looking for my flower clusters and they weren't there, I promise they will be soon. We seem to have people on vacation or sick and well there's a back log. I apologise to you all and hope you'll check back for them. Emma on the mend and freebie tips.

Emma seems to be doing better. She still has a temp but it's lower and she's not so grumpy today. We went to the ped yesterday and he said it's going around and lasts 2-3 days so we'll see. Sorry everyone- Emma is sick so I don't think there'll be a list today. I'm pecking this out with one hand because she won't let go of mommy. I normally don't post on Sundays but I woke up early. I found this killer template by Traci Sims and I know she only leaves her stuff up for a short time so I wanted to give you a head's up. Here's one of my cutie- she wanted to wear a bandanna just like mommy. She's got a little punk look going on.Have a great weekend- I must go awaken a certain little girl so we can go to church. Using a template

I've had a lot of emails lately asking me how to use a template or where to find a tutorial. I include some basic instructions in every template I give out but a lot of people need pictures too. I usually send them to Scrapbook Bytes because they have tutorials for a bunch of different programs. Misty Cato also has written a very nice one for using Photoshop(It's the 3rd one down). So I decided to try my hand at writting my very first tutorial. It's for Paint Shop Pro because that's the program I use the most. I'm still learning Photoshop and don't feel comfortable enough with that program to write any tutorials for it yet, but I'm sure there will be some coming soon. In the mean time head on over to check out my tutorial for Using a Template in PSP. I included a link to a new template I made just for the tutorial, it's nothing fancy but good for anyone just starting out. -Amy W.

Green Dreams part 4 & blog blinkie

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a splendifferious weekend! We had lots of fun Emma and I. (Hubby had to work) We went to the park and had a picnic on Saturday. Then on Sunday we went to church with Kullen and his mommy, and then out to breakfast. I've had questions from a lot of you blog readers where you can find tutorials on making your own kit and elements. Well the two places I find most of my tutorials are from Misty Cato and Scrapbook-Bytes. Misty's are on her blog and you just have to scroll on thru to find one you want (all photo hop and PS elements) but SBB has tutorials for almost all the different programs and they are easy to find and use. There are a few more places but those are the ones I use the most. Here's a little blinkie for all of you who've asked for one for my blog. I know it doesn't match right now but it'll match the new header I put up for summer. Just right click on it and host it thru your own photo hosting site. Feel free to put it on your blog or in a siggy. Now here's a cute shot of Emma after breakfast on Sunday after church. She loves to stack the checkers at Cracker Barrel. Silly girl. Isn't she pretty in her dress and hat? She had to wear the hat everywhere, I bought her the matching blue one this morning when we went to Target so now she has a couple of them. It's a beautiful day. Emma and I are off to play. I'm sorry to say, there might not be a list today. LOL- Emma and I are going out to enjoy the beautiful spring day. So little time

I do apologise but I have no clue if I'll get on here long enough to make a freebie list today. Frazzled

Well you may have noticed I'm running behind, again, today. Neither Emma nor I slept well last night and it's all due to allergies. Spring as sprung and the pollen is in the air. It's only going to get worse. UGH. Anywho we slept in to 10am this morning and well everything is out of wack. Emma and I did go to the park this weekend, it was such fun!! Okay my buddy Jessica is having a CT call. She does great work and you know you all wnat to be on her team. Go check out her blog for more info. Now then my buddy and CTM Michaele (Jburkhart) asked me to do a collab kit with her for St. Pat's, and here it is. New LO of my cutie!

Yeah for Saturday! Due to the 13 hours I slept night before last, I was up late last night. So I made a new LO. Here's Emma and her newest hat, we got it for a dollar at Target. Best dollar I ever spent, entertained her for hours. She keeps wearing it and her other hats, she loves hats right now. Everyone has to wear a hat- hubby isn't too thrilled with it when he has to wear a small fireman's hat. LOL!
